Parents meets on Fridays from 10:00 to 11:30 all year round. | |
| We are a local group set up to enable mothers to meet and get to know each other, reducing any isolation, loneliness and stress often felt by new parents. | |
| We have a variety of activities for children from birth to 4 years including baby toys, play dough, sand play, crafts, a dressing up box, a play kitchen, duplo, trikes and hoops. | |
| A small charge is made each week to cover the cost of the hall, refreshments, craft materials and new toys. We have regular fundraising events such as Tupperware demonstrations, clothes sales, a sponsored toddle in summer, raffles and a commission based catalogue around Christmas time. | |
| We also fund a summer trip to the seaside or Longleat and a party or outgoing at Christmas. We've also arranged visits to Bristol Zoo and are always open to new ideas ! | |
| This informal, relaxed and friendly group is very popular with local parents and children alike. | |
